ST PAUL SQUARE APARTMENTS at Adriatica. The leasing office for the St. Paul Square Apartments is now officially opened and located at 470 Adriatic Parkway. There office hours are M-F 9-5, Saturday 10-4 and Sunday 1-4. Call them at (214) 592-0600 for more details.
The Villas. There are 3 spec homes/villas available in Adriatica Village starting in the 600’s and up. If you know anybody interested in buying or building a new villa, please call at 972.540.5955 to schedule an appointment with our builders.
Harry’s on the Harbor is Open. Harry’s is an upscale sports bar in the Riva Harbor in Adriatica, that will satisfy even the pickiest of taste buds. There mission is to “Provide every guest an exceptional experience by providing great food at reasonable prices with the best service in McKinney, in a friendly, clean, unique facility in Adriatica.” Stop by and see for yourself.
The Marketing Center at Adriatica on Mediterranean Drive is a two story 2600 sq. ft. office building (water color elevation to the left) housing the new information and marketing headquarters for Adriatica. A potential residential/commercial owner or tenant can visit to see the plan and vision for the entire development.
